"World" as in Super and Z? Like the different series? Or is this like an in-universe canon multiverse dealio? I've actually been meaning to get into dragon ball at some point because of these kinds of things.

the "present world" is the world of the living while the "other world" is the afterlife in the db universe, both of these characters are fusions of goku and vegeta but come to be through different methods in different places

I do indeed like this very much, and it is very nicely done.
I'd honestly have to analyze it for quite a while to find anything "wrong" with it, because it's already been a few minutes now and I still can't see what you mean by "it looks off".
The coloring is very nice, too, yeah.
I find that when I come close to the point of snapping with drawing, it helps to just step back and leave it be until your brain cools off. It's likely that you're just overburdening your mind, and so you just need to air it out in those moments. Like a computer, if it overheats, it won't be able to run properly.
Just step back in those moments, and hell, maybe even practice some mental discipline to ensure that you don't slip into that stuff as often.
You're doing fine, though. Dw about it.

And hmm, how often do you think about her? I feel like the OC's of mine that have names only had them because I had them in mind while also looking at other things at the time, and usually got reference that way, from that stuff. Reference to work my brainstorming off of, that is. Cuz it wasn't always like, directly taken from that specific material I was looking at but rather a starting point for following searches that would then lead to more reference material that I would go on to use, y'know?
